Refund & Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility:

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
Custom-made/personalized products

Process:

Customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the return is received and inspected, the store notifies the customer of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund is processed back to the original payment method.

Late/Missing Refunds:

If not received within a reasonable time, customers should check their bank/credit card company, then contact their bank.

Exchanges:

Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged.

Shipping for Returns:

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
